the location was convenient because I could take the short train ride to explore the neighboring town. the newly constructed hotel had bright and airy rooms with comfortable beds that were a nice change from the usual firm Japanese mattresses. the hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the onsen facilities were spotless which I appreciated.
The hotel staff did not seem to have any Christmas decorations or spirit to create a festive atmosphere. It dampened the experience, and I felt the hotel missed an opportunity to make it special for the guests.

I had an amazing and super clean stay at an elegant and comfortable onsen in Masuda. The hotel's design was modern Japanese, with a futon on the floor. The onsen was spotless and offered a sauna in addition to the bath. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff spoke English. I highly recommend Mascos Hotel Masuda Onsen for a fantastic stay!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the restaurant had delicious food. Additionally, the location was convenient, being only a short walk from the train station and close to several restaurants and convenience stores.
The onsen was not up to par. It was small and not very clean, with only a few amenities available. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby street and train station was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. It's a shame because the hotel had so much potential with its great staff and convenient location.

The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect; it's just a few minutes away from the train station and the bus stop. the rooms are spacious and very clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. the onsen is large and offers plenty of space to relax. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast has an ample variety of options.
The hotel lacks a bit of character and charm, making it feel a little sterile and impersonal.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the train station and it was incredibly convenient! The location was perfect for exploring the city and it only took me 5-10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with my stay here.

We had a warm welcome and the staff was very friendly. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the deep soaking tub was a luxurious touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a stylish design. We loved the casual restaurant that served delicious food and had a great selection of bubbly wine. we had a comfortable stay and would choose this hotel again.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.
